Nightcap Sleep Tea

Looking for a simple yet effective CBD sleep tea? Inspired by the classic sleepy time tea but served up as a more sophisticated take on herbal nightcap. This CBD tea infusion is great served classically as a hot tea and enjoyed 1 hour before bed. The combination of these relaxing herbs (Chamomile Tea, lemon balm, lavender, lemon peel) work synergistically with the Nightcap CBD to prepare the body and mind for rest and relaxation.


• Chamomile: contains Apigenin ( naturally occurring flavonoid) binds to specific receptors in your brain that may decrease anxiety and initiate sleep. Chamomile is commonly regarded as a mild tranquilizer, digestif and immune booster.

• Lemon Balm: digestif

• Lavender: help regulate sleep cycles 

• Lemon: lifting unwanted stress (active terpene) 


    Sweet, herbal, floral


    1. 1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. 
    2. 2. Add 1 tsp of each chamomile and lemon balm.
    3. 3. Steep for 10 min and add ¼ tsp lavender.
    4. 4. Steep another 5 min. 
    5. 5. Strain, cool. 
    6. 6. Pour into fancy glass and float Nightcap over the top.
    7. 7. Make it extra: Add a splash of Garden Seedlip or garnish lemon zest.
