Cozy Spiced Chai Apple Cider

It might be pumpkin spice latte season but this spicy, creamy, apple cider has our team drinking on morning repeat.

 Chai Apple Cider

Ingredients:

  1. _1.5 cups apple cider
  2. _1 cinnamon stick
  3. _4 cardamom pods, crushed
  4. _1/2 teaspoon black peppercorn
  5. _1 knob peeled fresh ginger sliced (or minced ginger)
  6. _2 whole cloves
  7. _1 cup oatly oak milk
  8. _Juna Balance drops (for the extra cozy)

How: 

  1. Bring Apple cider to a simmer add chai spices and steep for 15min. Strain spices and bring liquid back to a simmer and slowly whisk in the oak milk and 2 dropperfuls of Juna balance until warm and frothy. Split between 2 cups and enjoy!

  2. Quick version: steap a chai tea bag into the apple cider or add 2 Tbsp of chai concentrate instead of the individual spices. We are obsessed with the Trader Joe’s chai spice concentrate.
