Ingredients (makes 1 serving

4oz fresh or store-bought pineapple juice
4oz coconut water 
1tsp fresh grater turmeric, or 1/4 tsp powdered
1TBS unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1 tbs lemon or lime juice
2tsp honey
1 full dropper Juna Balance

How:

  1. Whisk Juna Balance with honey, turmeric, and lime juice. 

  2. Pour in pineapple juice, ACV, and coconut water. Sip and enjoy right away, or make a big pitcher and enjoy throughout the week.
