Sesame Milk "Nog"

8 Ingredients

Like eggnog, but without ANY of the traditional ingredients. Easy to make, and kids love it to.  Creamy, delicious, and nutrient dense.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Sesame seeds (soak 1-3 hours)  + 3 cups warm(ish) water.

1 can coconut milk

2 tablespoons coconut oil or coconut butter (eggnog is not lightweight)     

1/2 teaspoon of each nutmeg and cinnamon     

1/4 teaspoon of each cloves and ginger     

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

pinch of pink salt                                                                               

Benefits:

Sesame seeds are packed with plant protein, a good source of B vitamins, rich in Zinc and help boost progesterone (think hormone balancing).

How to make:

Sesame milk: Blend sesame seeds with 3 cups water. Strain.  

Blend strained sesame milk with all other ingredients.

Add 1 serving of Juna Balance CBD

Spike with whisky or bourbon if you wish.
