
Sesame Milk "Nog"
8 Ingredients
Like eggnog, but without ANY of the traditional ingredients. Easy to make, and kids love it to! Creamy, delicious, and nutrient dense.
Ingredients:
- - 1/2 cup Sesame seeds (soak 1-3 hours) + 3 cups warm(ish) water.
- - 1 can coconut milk
- - 2 tablespoons coconut oil or coconut butter (eggnog is not lightweight)
- - 1/2 teaspoon of each nutmeg and cinnamon
- - 1/4 teaspoon of each cloves and ginger
- - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - pinch of pink salt
Benefits:
Sesame seeds are packed with plant protein, a good source of B vitamins, rich in Zinc and help boost progesterone (think hormone balancing).
How to make:
- 1. Make sesame milk by blending sesame seeds with 3 cups water. Strain.
- 2. Blend strained sesame milk with all other ingredients.
- 3. Add 1 serving of Juna Balance CBD
- 4. Spike with whisky or bourbon if you wish.
