Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: I'm LOVING the Chlorophyll Detox Drops. I drink this every morning first thing (before my coffee) to give my body and gut a reset & to jumpstart my digestion for the day. I notice I have so much more energy when I start my day with a detox. 

 

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: I struggle with eczema and hormonal acne, which can be so frustrating as an adult. I'm really focusing on my gut health to heal my skin from the inside out. 

 

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: I love my morning routine! I swear by waking up 10-15 minutes earlier to have a dedicated time to sit and enjoy my coffee. I usually let my mind wander during this time - sometimes to think about what I need to get done, other times to practice gratitude. I love having an uninterrupted moment of peace to ease into a busy day.  

 

Q: What helps keep you grounded? 

A: Putting my phone away, spending time with my friends, journaling, and exercising/moving my body helps me stay present and grounded.  

 

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?

A: I always feel most connected to nature and grounded when I'm by water. I love going on runs on the West Side Highway along the Hudson River or around the Reservoir in Central Park. 

 

Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist? 

A: I've been on a big fantasy kick lately! I loved A Court of Thorns and Roses series and Iron Flame. I'm reading Throne of Glass now!
