Q: What’s your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine?
A: The detox drops!!! They’re my absolute favorite to add in my water first thing in the morning.
Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?
A: I suffer from PMDD and am currently using birth control to manage it. Given my strong commitment to a holistic lifestyle, it’s challenging for me to fully embrace this treatment. Therefore, I make an effort to incorporate daily supplements and include various supportive practices to assist my body in coping with this condition.
Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?
A: I incorporate Gua Sha into my daily routine, both in the morning and evening, and it has had a transformative impact on my appearance and well-being. I initially began with facial Gua Sha, but I’ve expanded to include full-body Gua Sha to enhance lymphatic drainage and promote overall circulation throughout my body.
Q: What helps keep you grounded?
A: Yoga- has only recently revealed its grounding effects to me, after seven years of dedication. I’ve come to understand that achieving a profound sense of grounding requires a conscious commitment across various aspects of life, encompassing the mental, physical, and emotional dimensions.
Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?
A: There’s a lovely path near my home that guides me to a flowing stream. Healing can also occur through our senses, not solely from our dietary choices. The gentle flow of the water helps to soothe my nervous system and bring peace to my mind.
Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist?
A: To be Magnetic Podcast
Q: Favorite quote that inspires/motivates you.
A: Nothing is more practical than
finding God, than
falling in Love
in a quite absolute, final way.
What you are in love with,
what seizes your imagination, will affect everything.
It will decide
what will get you out of bed in the morning,
what you do with your evenings,
how you spend your weekends,
what you read, whom you know,
what breaks your heart,
and what amazes you with joy and gratitude.
Fall in Love, stay in love,
and it will decide everything.
