Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: I love the Juna Detox Drops - As a busy mama of two and an entrepreneur, I rely on multi-functional products to support my health. I start my mornings with herbal lemon water and a few drops of Juna Detox Drops and am now obsessed! This routine helps with daily cleansing, boosts my energy, and promotes liver detoxification and a healthy microbiome. My favorite hack: Pre-make lemon ice cubes with fresh squeezed lemon juice, turmeric and extra herbs like mint or camomile. In the morning, just pop a cube into a glass of water, add Juna Detox Drops, and it’s so energizing and cleansing and the perfect start to the day. It saves time and makes incorporating Detox Drops so easy and effortless.

 

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: Since becoming a mom - especially after having my second - I have been on a journey to rebalance my hormones and support my gut health to feel my absolute best. After giving birth I had experienced more intense and challenging PMS symptoms so to help support and rebalance I practice intentional Kundalini yoga practices that are aligned with my cycle and am more mindful and conscious about the ingredients and supplements I put in my body. I’m so happy to have found more women-founded and women-owned companies like Juna that just understand women’s health. 

 

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: My morning practice is hands down the most important thing I do for myself, my family, my business and my life. I try to get up before my daughters, make a glass of herbal lemon water and am loving adding my Juna Detox Drops and then get on my mat for my daily Kundalini yoga and mindfulness practice or what we like to call at Elevate the Globe - a Magic Morning Ritual. My energy is my most valuable asset and setting it as a top priority each morning is a non-negotiable. Through an intentional and mindful practice, I can shift my energy and it helps me make decisions aligned with my goals and desires. Life flows more easily, you show up calmer, and time seems to open up when you set your intention and frequency for the day first thing in the morning and I love sharing it with others. It literally feels like you HAVE MORE TIME to accomplish everything you set out to do! 

 

Q: What helps keep you grounded? 

A: Kundalini yoga has changed my life in every way. I have been practicing for 13 years and teaching for 11 and it is still the tool I use every day to feel my best, stay grounded, and keep up-leveling and growing our biz to create my dream reality. Doing at least 15 minutes of meditation every day and doing longer targeted chakra practices a few times a week - even if it’s at the beach before I pick up my daughter - is something I NEVER skip.

 

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?

A: I’m grateful that I live near a beach and can take walks or meditate  to connect deeper with nature and reset my system. I also love to travel when I can and feel so deeply connected to Mother Nature and her rhythm whenever I disconnect from my routine in this way.

 

Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist? 

A: I’m currently reading "Buy Back Your Time" by Dan Martell, and I highly recommend it for spiritual entrepreneurs. It's been incredibly inspiring! As my own business undergoes a major expansion, this book is providing invaluable insights on how to scale without burnout or exhaustion. It's all about energy—what you give out into the world is what you attract!
