Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine?

A: My all time favorite product has always been the detox enzymes. I’ve tried so many different brands but these just work! I love that they incorporate enzymes to help all digestive concerns from breaking down fiber (something I need as a vegetarian) to gluten and lactose. The reduction I have experienced in bloating is significant especially around my period. It also tastes good thanks to the lemon myrtle and looks pretty due to the chlorophyll shell. Everything about this product is so well thought out and considered. Form and function! Truly exquisite.

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: Yes I’ve had issues with digestion for a while until I discovered I had a parasite. The healer I was seeing at the time helped rid my body of it but advised I take digestive enzymes to help with the transition period. I’ve been taking detox enzymes ever since and it’s been truly transformative. It helps me sleep better, increased energy, and better skin… so many things!

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: I swear by a cup of Earl Grey tea with oat milk, first thing every morning. Then I drink a glass of water with the Juna chlorophyll drops immediately after before food. I burn some palo santo and set an intention before my phone takes me attention away from the moment! Then it’s a hot matcha with oat milk which I take outside and sip slowly while I admire the ancient oak tree in our backyard as our Frenchie pup explores.

Q: What helps keep you grounded?

A: My boys. My husband, son, and French bulldog are my biggest supporters and their love and support help to lift me up but also ground me. I am so proud of our little family. We are really close, we have dinner together every night and chat about our day together — no phones! It’s so important to have this family ritual.

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?

A: We go mountain biking as a family. We’ve been doing it for a few years now and it’s the most amazing experience to be in nature, together, at the mercy of the mountain, pushing yourself beyond your physical limits, but also experiencing that meditation as you ride down the mountain is so powerful. Nothing compares.
