Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine?

A: I love the Nightcap Sleep Gummies! Especially for long flights when I just need to relax a bit. They never give me nightmares, as most melatonin products do, and really help me fall asleep—and stay asleep.

I also like the Gut Therapy supplements, designed to help support the gut microbiome. They’re how I originally learned about Juna years ago. I take two  in the morning and two in the late afternoon.

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: I recently got terrible food poisoning and subsequent dehydration. The prebiotics/probiotics in the Gut Therapy capsules seem to help settle my stomach.

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: My skincare routine!  It starts with a splash of cold water on my face with The MANTLE Skin Conditioning Wash; it’s the only facial cleanser I have ever used in the mornings. Next, the Resurfacing Compound, RETURN Eye Concentrate, and PLASMA Lip Compound (Shanghai is my current go-to Tint), all of which I absolutely never go without.

During the day,  I use The SUPER Tinted as makeup over my typical routine of the original SUPER Hydrator and Multimodal Defender SPF30.

I start each day using my NuFace Trinity+ for instant toning and lifting effects, along with a few minutes with my LYMA Laser, a powerful at-home device that brightens and evens the skin (it pairs really well with the MMD for even more brightening results).

I also use my body products as religiously as my face: The SCULPT Arm Compound, Resurfacing Body Compound, and SUPER Body Hydrator.

Finally, meditation: ! I believe loving your skin also starts with being centered and present. I begin each day with one or two meditations depending on how early I wake up, which is usually around 6:15am. Doing them while the house is quiet and dark is super-relaxing. I don’t need to sit in any special corner; I meditate best while lying down in bed.

Q: What helps keep you grounded?

A: Being grateful. It sounds cliché, I know, but after being so sick, I am truly grateful for every minute I’m alive and well. Perspective is everything, and maintaining it keeps you grateful for what you have.

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?

A: I’m more of a concrete jungle versus nature girl. I love walking through a city. But nothing makes me feel more connected with nature and grounded than taking a long barefoot walk on the beach.

Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist?

A: I’m currently reading Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown. A girlfriend teased me when she saw me reading it and said, “That’s literally the opposite of you!” But that’s exactly why I’m reading it—to learn!

One of my biggest philosophies is to stay curious, always ask questions, and never stop learning. It’s the key to personal growth, which is such a simple concept but an equally valuable one.
