Q: What does wellness look like for you in this season of life?

A: Wellness right now is really about listening to my body and meeting myself where I am, both mentally and physically. This season of motherhood has taught me so much about slowing down, giving myself grace, and honoring my journey rather than chasing a “bounce-back” mentality. It’s about feeling strong, supported, and connected to myself through every stage.

Q: Your own wellness journey has been such a big part of your story. How has your definition of “healthy” evolved over the years?

A: My definition of healthy has completely shifted. It’s not about what your body looks like; it’s about how you feel, how you care for yourself, and how you show up for your life. Health means nourishing your body, moving in ways that feel good, practicing self-love, and having the discipline to become the best version of yourself while still leading with compassion.

Q: As a founder, what small daily rituals help you stay grounded and energized?

A: The moments before the day begins are everything to me. Spending quality time with my family, creating space for myself in the morning, and easing into the day intentionally help me feel grounded and present.

Q: What is your current non-negotiable when it comes to taking care of yourself?

A: Journaling, meditation, getting outside, and checking in with my body every day. I’ve learned that the more I listen to what I need—rather than focusing on what I think I should be doing—the better I feel in every area of my life.

Q: Which Juna product is your favorite right now, and how do you incorporate it into your routine?

A: The Sleep Gummies are a staple in my nightly routine. I take them before bed, and they help me sleep so well.

Q: What advice would you give someone who wants to create a consistent wellness routine but doesn’t know where to start?

A: Start small. You don’t have to change everything overnight. Focus on one habit at a time, and approach wellness as something you get to do—not something you have to do.
