Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine?
A: My favorite Juna product is the Detox Drops — I love mixing into a big glass of ice water in the morning with a fresh squeeze of lemon.
Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?
A: I’m really trying to lean into supporting my cycle, whether that’s honoring rest, or energized to dream up new creative ideas. I like that I can use Juna products intuitively, listening to what my body wants.
Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?
A: I take a hot shower every night before I go to bed. It’s usually pretty quick, less than 10 minutes but I genuinely feel like it just mentally helps me wash the day away, have a quiet moment to myself, and start winding down for the night. I also just love the feeling of being clean getting into bed.
Q: What helps keep you grounded?
A: My faith definitely keeps me grounded — knowing that I can trust in God’s plan for my life and that everything is working out in my favor, even when things don’t go the way I would have planned for myself — I focus on being filled with the peace of letting go and enjoying the journey.
Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?
A: I love feeling the sun on my skin — whether that’s spending time relaxing on the beach or taking hikes through the canyons. Even if I only have 5 minutes to go stand in the sun outside my cottage on a busy day, it always lifts my spirits.

Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist?
A: I really enjoy the creative process of making playlists for different seasons/eras of my life. Right now I’ve been listening to lots of Fleetwood Mac and First Aid Kit.
