Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 
A: Juna Gut Therapy - I’ve been on a major gut-healing journey over the past few months, and in addition to dietary changes I’ve made, Juna’s Gut Therapy has been supporting my healing from the inside out. I take it in the morning as part of my AM routine (along with my AG1 and coffee!) and I love that it includes pre, pro, and post biotics to support gut repair.

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support? 
A: I’ve dealt with digestive issues for many years, but thankfully this year have had a major unlock and am feeling better than I have in years. After trying countless treatments, diets, medicines, etc, I finally discovered that I have a pretty severe grain intolerance, and since cutting grains out of my diet my symptoms have almost completely subsided. It’s been so exciting to be able to start experimenting with other gut-healing modalities (like Juna!) and really see results because I’ve been able to get to the root cause of my issues.


Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?
A: My morning routine is so sacred to me. I set my alarm to wake up before my kids or husband so I have some time to myself before the day begins. I take my supplements, drink my AG1 and make coffee, then settle in with my journal. I usually read something that inspires me, and I use this time to get focused on my top priorities for the day. This practice really influences the way that I’m able to show up throughout the day, and helps me be super intentional with how I’m spending my time.

Q: What helps keep you grounded? 
A: Carving out weekends to spend time with my family—preferably hiking, riding bikes, and going on adventures together. Morning walks with my husband to talk about our days ahead. My evening bath where I get to just be with myself and unwind from the day.

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?
A: We’re renovating a house in Malibu, and when we’re out there I start every day at the beach. Walking on the sand and diving into the ocean resets my system like nothing else!

Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist? 
A: I’m reading The Spark Factor, that’s all about how as women, we can work with our hormones to optimize our energy and be our most vibrant selves.
