Q: What’s your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 
A: I love all the Juna products, but if I had to pick I would say the Chlorophyll drops. They’re so easy to incorporate into my morning routine, I simply drop them in my water which helps me to remember to hydrate first thing and love the idea that I’m detoxing my body and preparing it for the day to come.

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support? 
A: Because I suffer from an autoimmune disease, I’ve spent (literally) my whole life researching and trying different supplements and lifestyle/diet changes to support optimizing my health. Currently I’m on a big gut health journey because as we know the gut is our second brain and impacts everything in the body! So if that is out of whack, it’s like a domino effect for our other systems.

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?
A:  I swear by getting sunlight first thing in the morning - it truly has changed my sleep and regulated my circadian rhythm. Even if it’s cloudy, I go outside and soak up the sun for at least 15 minutes - if you can walk while you’re doing this, even better to wake your body up!

Q: What helps keep you grounded?
A: Big transcendental meditation fan!

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?
A: Walking barefoot on the earth. Just try it, you’ll feel so good.

Q: A quote or mantra that speaks to you/motivated you?
