Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: I love the Detox Drops first thing in the morning in a little hot water with lemon!

 

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: I’ve been working towards healthy, balanced hormones for a few years now and I think I’m really starting to find a balance there between whole foods, stress management and detoxing!”

 

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: I swear by having a shot of olive oil and lemon juice in the mornings to kickstart my digestive system, support my gut health and healthy glowing skin and hair!

 

Q: What helps keep you grounded? 

A: Making time to be outside barefoot mentally and physically grounds me daily. I love to garden in my backyard, take ocean dips, and go for nature walks.

 

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?

A: My favorite way to connect with nature would be through immersing myself creatively. I love to walk or hike through nature and capture the moments that inspire me. It feels like a way to be completely present and gratefully notice the little things.

A: Anything from Organic Olivia lately!
