Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: I love Gut Therapy for everyday optimization for my gut health and overall well-being. I love using the Detox Enzymes when I am eating a heavy meal or feel like I need to give my digestive system a little boost.

 

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: I am always trying to better my digestive system since our gut health is so important for our overall health!

 

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: A shower first thing, followed by morning sun on my skin.

 

Q: What helps keep you grounded? 

A: Daily gratitude and movement.

 

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?

A: Surfing, waking up with the sunrise, and going on long walks.

A: I am currently reading You are a Magnet by Amber Lyon and it’s so good. A few of my favorite podcasts include: Pursuit of Wellness, Sakara Life Podcast, The Mother Daze, Reset: A Wellness Podcast For Those Who Want To Learn and Grow.
