Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: I take the digestive enzymes daily. They’re my favorite supplement to help with bloating, smooth digestion and optimal bowel movements. I use it with all my clients!  

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: I’m supporting my minerals by doing a heavy metal detox. I know that that in turn will also affect my digestion and hormones :) 

 

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: Somatic work; I love to lay on my biomat at the end of the day and feel into areas of tension and tightness and let my body process the day. See if there’s any emotions that need to be processed. I enter a deep state of meditation and from there can roll straight in to bed! I used to have the worst insomnia, and working with these tools has completely shifted that.

 

Q: What helps keep you grounded? 

A: Nature, meditation and prayer. Whenever I feel a disconnect from Source, my business instantly sees the consequences of that. 

 

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?

A: I like taking weekend trips out of Los Angeles to the desert and often leave to travel. When I’m in LA, I like getting lost on hikes in Topanga and Malibu.  

 

Q: The why behind your work.

A: The "why" behind my work is to help people return to their truest, most aligned selves by guiding them in clearing the layers of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks that keep them from living fully. I believe that true healing happens on a deep, whole-being level, and my purpose is to support others in understanding and releasing the root causes of their suffering—whether that's through detoxing the body, releasing trapped emotions, or reconnecting with higher consciousness.
