Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: My favorite Juna product is Gut Therapy. I love Gut Therapy because of how it connects the mind/gut axis and I really see a difference in my mood. When I take Gut Therapy I notice a lighter, happier, more balanced peace of mind as well as a healthy digestive system...in reality, I really do love all Juna products and use them each and everyday to detox, debloat, recenter, and rest.


Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support? 

A: I  use Juna to rest and reset. Nightcap Gummies and Gut Therapy are my go-tos to help support. With busy mom life, a packed schedule, and an over active mind Juna helps me wind down and find relaxation amidst it all.


Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: A nightly ritual I swear by is a warm shower to decompress, reading a good book (instead of screen time), and Nightcap Gummmies before bed to wake up feeling rested.


Q: What helps keep you grounded? 

A: Spending a lot of time in nature and keeping active is what keeps me active. I feel like being in tune with the seasons also keeps me grounded. Rebirth in the spring, rejoice in the summer, reap the harvest in the fall, and rest in the winter.


Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?

A: I love to travel and see new places and connect with nature on my trips in different landscapes. On a daily basis I enjoy hiking, swimming in the ocean, and soaking in the sun first thing in the morning.


Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist? 

A:  My favorite book is at the moment is Captivating, the Unveiling of a women’s soul, Podcast is: The psychology of your 20s, and my spring playlist titled “Cottage Core Spring.

A: Anything worth doing is worth doing slowly.”
