Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: I am mindful of my hormonal health ever since I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2018. However, when I notice that I am well rested, exercising regularly, and eating well the symptoms and my cycles are considerably easier to manage. This year I made the choice to be gluten-free to further reduce inflammation and I was blown away how quickly I felt a difference in my periods and throughout the month. 

That said, it's clear that everything is so connected! As we make one shift to support our bodies we are often encouraged to look at other areas of our health to continue empowering ourselves when facing a health concern or condition. 

 

Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: I love the chlorophyll Detox Drops! I've been drinking chlorophyll for years but I really trust Juna's quality and the taste is great. It's so easy to add to my water bottle!

 

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: Sun in my eyes EVERY morning! I step onto my balcony as I brush my teeth. Then hot water with lemon or ginger before breakfast and/or coffee.

Then I'll let my intuition guide me as far as my spiritual practice. Often I'll pull a tarot card, sit and do my psychic protection ritual, or write for 1-2 pages in my journal. 

 

Q: If you could give one piece of wellness advice to women looking to improve their health, what would it be? 

A: Learn the way your body speaks to you. As a highly sensitive person, empath, and practicing psychic I have tuned in with my body so often I can quickly understand it's cues. But that takes mindful practice and routine! When you realize the innate wisdom of your body, you can't help but want to honor it consistently and treat it with care. 

 

Q: What’s a wellness trend or practice you’ve tried recently that you love? 

A: I'm a sauna girl! I love a sauna session or hot yoga class. I really find such mental health and sleep benefits from a great sweat!

Q: What’s your go-to meal or snack when you need something healthy and quick?

A: I'm obsessed with savory and super satisfying breakfasts. I make "breakfast salads" that have greens, a healthy fat like avocado or olives, sauerkraut for gut health and either 2 soft boiled eggs, turkey bacon, or another source of protein. I'll add some roasted baby potatoes or a slice of gluten free toasted bread with ghee. It took a while to get used to such a hearty and varied breakfast but I'm satisfied and truly energized for hours since making this change. 

For salty snacks, I love popcorn with a shake of dried rosemary, truffle salt and olive oil as a go to. 

 

Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist/App?

A: I am obsessed with Substack! It's such a creative new platform. I've been enjoying writing and sharing there through my Substack, Intuitive Living.
