Wellness with @misslymph

Founder of Miss Lymph, a lymphatic wellness brand.

Before she was doing lymphatic bodywork and training spas around the world, Sabrina was a professional dancer — and that part of her still shows up in everything she does.

She brings a sense of flow, sensuality, and artistry into her sessions that truly make you feel like a new woman. Yes, the results are legit (less puff, better digestion, nervous system support, all the things)... but it’s also about feeling good in your body again — not just physically, but energetically.

She’s passionate about creating things that feel luxurious, healing, and human all at once.

Q: I f you could give one piece of wellness advice specific to detox and lymphatic health for women looking to improve their overall well-being, what would it be?

A: If I could give just one piece of wellness advice for detox and lymph health — especially for women — it would be this:

Start slow, but stay consistent.

Everyone’s out here looking for the big detox — the 7-day juice cleanse, the supplement stack, the sweat-until-you-drop sauna session. But the truth is... your lymphatic system thrives off the little things you do daily. Think: dry brushing in the morning, getting movement in (even if it's just a walk), sipping warm lemon water, breathing deeper, and giving yourself that 2-minute self-lymph massage before bed.

Detox isn’t just about “clearing stuff out” — it’s about supporting your body’s natural flow. Once your lymph moves better, your digestion improves, your skin glows, your hormones stabilize, and you just feel more like you again.

So give yourself permission to ditch the pressure of doing everything “perfect” — and just commit to showing up daily. The glow will follow.

And if you need help getting started, I’ve got you. That’s what my guides are for — simple, consistent lymph rituals you can do anywhere.

Q: Do you have a morning or evening ritual you swear by — something that grounds or energizes you daily?

A: Morning or evening ritual? I’m a ritual girlie, so both.

But if I had to pick one I swear by, it’s my evening routine — because it sets the tone for how I sleep, and how I show up the next day.

I do a quick self-lymph massage (takes literally 2–3 minutes), maybe dry brush if I shower, I sip on warm tea (usually something with ginger, dandelion, or peppermint), and I put my legs up the wall for 5–10 minutes to decompress and help circulation. No phone, no scrolling. Just calm.

Sometimes I’ll light a candle, turn on a playlist that makes me feel sensual and grounded, and just be. It’s my way of regulating my nervous system and showing my body some love — because honestly, we do so much all day.

I always say: wellness doesn’t have to be 15 steps or a perfect routine. It just needs to feel good and be something you can come back to every night without pressure.

Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday wellness routine?

A: Honestly, my favorite Juna product is the chlorophyll detox drops. It’s such an easy ritual to add into your day — I just put a full dropper into my water in the morning or afternoon and sip on it throughout the day.

It supports the lymphatic system, helps with detoxification, and just makes me feel more hydrated and refreshed. The lemon-mint taste is actually so good — it makes me want to drink more water (which is half the battle sometimes).

For me, it’s not about doing the most — it’s about finding little things that make wellness feel easy, doable, and something you actually look forward to. These drops do exactly that.

Q: Are there any personal health goals or areas of focus you’re currently supporting?

A: Right now, my biggest health focus is just putting myself first again.

When you work with other people’s bodies all day, it’s easy to neglect your own. So I’ve been really intentional about doing more things that make me feel good — like getting back into dance classes, taking yin yoga (which has been saving me), and making time for massages, not just giving them.

I’m also nourishing my body with cleaner foods — even though I love eating out (and carbs... let’s be real), I’m finding more balance between the fun and the fuel.

And one area I’m really trying to commit to is my meditation practice. That one’s still hard for me, not gonna lie. But like everything else in wellness — it’s just about practice and showing up for yourself again and again.

Q: What’s a wellness trend or practice you’ve tried recently that you’re loving?

A: It’s not really a trend, but I’ve been loving my Oura Ring lately.

I’ve gotten so into tracking my sleep and especially syncing with my menstrual cycle. Learning what your body needs during each phase of your cycle has honestly been a game-changer. Like — rest during your luteal phase? Yes please. More movement during ovulation? Done.

It’s helped me understand myself so much more and make aligned choices, whether that’s food, movement, or even how I schedule my week. I’m all about working with your body, not against it.

Q: What’s one lymphatic practice you recommend to clients that’s truly life-changing?

A: Honestly, I can’t choose just one… my top 3 lymph-loving rituals are non-negotiables:

Morning gua sha to wake up my face and get things flowing (yes, even if I only have 3 minutes).

Evening legs up the wall to reset my nervous system and drain inflammation after long days.

And owning a vibration plate? That thing is a lymph game-changer—I use it while working, stretching, or just vibing to a playlist.

Each one helps in its own way—whether it's stimulating flow, reducing puffiness, calming the body, or just getting things moving. The lymphatic system thrives off rhythm, intention, and consistency… and these are my go-tos.

All of this and more is in my self-lymph guides in bio if you want step-by-step follow-alongs. Trust me, you don’t need to be perfect—just start with what feels good!

Q: What’s your go-to meal or snack when you need something nourishing and quick?

A: I’m gonna be so real — I suck at cooking.

Like... full transparency. My boyfriend totally spoils me with clean, nourishing meals (bless him). But if I do step into the kitchen, it’s either my killer egg and avocado toast on sourdough (yes, I sprinkle flaky salt and hot honey like I’m on Food Network lol), or my mean salmon bowl with rice and asparagus. That’s it. That’s the repertoire.

When I’m back-to-back with massage clients and don’t give myself real breaks (working on it!), snacks save me — berries, cold-pressed juices, jerky, nuts. Anything I can pop in my mouth between sessions and pretend it’s a full meal.

Wellness doesn’t have to look like meal prepping in glass containers, ok? Sometimes it’s just survival in cute sweats with snacks in your purse.

Q: What currently inspires you — personally or professionally?

A: It has to be when people make wellness pure art.

When routines and rituals become sensual, when the human body is honored like a sculpture — that’s where I feel most inspired. I love when someone takes something as functional as lymphatic health or anatomy and turns it into something that feels... like music, or movement, or softness.

The fusion of art, music, fluidity, and wellness is everything to me.

I’m deeply moved when people think outside the box — when breathwork becomes a dance, when stretching feels like poetry, when skincare becomes a ritual instead of a chore.

That’s the kind of stuff that keeps me going and reminds me why I do what I do.

Q: What are you loving right now?

A: Okay besides my Oura Ring (which I’m still obsessed with for tracking sleep and my cycle)... I’ve been deep in some inner child work lately.

And when I say deep, I mean that scary-but-magical, tears-and-glitter type of inner work.
It’s been emotional and weirdly healing — but also fun because it’s gotten me dancing again, moving in a way that feels free and expressive, like how I used to when I was younger.

Also… I’m lowkey convinced I could have a whole second career making playlists.
Music is therapy for me — I swear I feel everything through sound.
If you ever need a vibe — hip hop, Afrobeats, R&B, anything with feeling (except country, sorry lol) — I got you.
