Q: You’ve helped over 10,000 women transform their bodies and their confidence. What’s the biggest mindset shift you see that actually leads to lasting change?

A: The biggest shift is moving away from all-or-nothing thinking and into consistency over intensity. The women who see lasting change stop chasing extremes and start building trust with themselves. They learn that progress comes from showing up imperfectly, fueling their bodies properly, and stacking habits that feel sustainable. Once someone realizes they don’t need to punish their body to change it, everything clicks and that’s when confidence really starts to build.

Q: A morning or nightly ritual you swear by?

A: Morning sunlight and steps, no question. Getting outside early, even for a short walk, sets my nervous system up for the day. It helps regulate energy, improves mood, and honestly just makes me feel more grounded and clear headed before work, workouts, or filming. It’s simple but it changes everything.

 

Q: shaep was born from your real-world coaching experience. What did you feel was missing in the fitness space that inspired you to create the brand?


A: What I felt was missing was structure without rigidity. So much of the fitness space is either extremely intense or completely vague. I wanted to create something that guided women with clear programming, education, and support, while still honoring real life. shaep is about strength, Pilates, nourishment, and mindfulness working together, not just chasing a smaller body but building a stronger, calmer, more confident one.

Q: What’s your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine?


A: This one is tough because I truly love both the Digestive Enzymes and Nightcap. I use the Digestive Enzymes almost daily, especially with larger meals or when I’m traveling, because they help me feel lighter and more comfortable. Nightcap is part of my nighttime routine when I want deeper, more restorative sleep. Both support my routine in different ways and feel like non negotiables for me.

 

Q: What’s your go-to meal or snack when you need something healthy and quick?

A: A beef chomps stick. It’s high protein, super convenient, and easy to grab when I’m on the go or between workouts and filming. Simple, satisfying, and no prep required.
