Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: In the morning: do one thing for yourself before the rest of the world starts calling. Go for a walk, read a chapter of your book, or listen to a podcast while you make your coffee. Once my day begins, I turn into a whirlwind that doesn’t slow down until bedtime—so I cherish that quiet window in the morning to pour into myself first.

 

Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: The Detox Drops—always and forever. I add them to my morning glass of water and pretty much every form of water I sip throughout the day. I can’t exactly explain it, but I just feel better when they’re part of my routine.

 

Q: What helps keep you grounded?

A: Practicing gratitude. Once you start imagining what you have to be grateful for, the list just goes on and on.

 

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?

A: I feel most connected to nature when I move with it—surfing its waves, floating down a river, or diving into a waterfall. Even lying in the grass makes me feel aligned with the earth (though I’m allergic, so there’s usually a bit of regret later—lots of laughs, but still worth it).

A: For fun: the ACOTAR series (I’m obsessed).
For self-growth: Let Them by Mel Robbins.
