Q: If you could give one piece of wellness advice to women looking to improve their health, what would it be?
A: Move your body everyday in a way that feels enjoyable to you. When it’s enjoyable, you’ll be more consistent and see more results.
Q: A morning or nightly ritual you swear by?
A: Sunlight and stillness. Every morning, I start my day with natural light—stepping outside barefoot, even if just for a few minutes, to anchor my circadian rhythm and nervous system. I pair it with breathwork or gentle movement, followed by a warm lemon-ginger tonic. It’s a simple ritual that creates a grounded, energized baseline for the rest of the day.
Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine?
A: By far my favorite Juna product is Nightcap! The first time I took it I was still breastfeeding throughout the night, and I could tell that it helped me fall back asleep really quickly! I immediately got hooked.
Q: What’s a wellness trend or practice you’ve tried recently that you love?
A: High protein diet. I love it because it has helped me to snack less, have more energy, and I enjoy my meals more too.
Q: What’s your go-to meal or snack when you need something healthy and quick?
A: A protein shake with our Barre Definition Whey Protein. It has 20g of complete protein, and is the best tasting protein I’ve ever tried. It’s low lactose so it’s easy to digest, with zero added sugar so I make the shakes to support my weight loss goals. I look forward to them everyday! I also have a ton of recipes on how to use the protein in a weight loss guide inside the Barre Definition app.
Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist/App?
A: I’m loving the Raised Good Parenting Blog, and of course my Barre Definition app for my workouts!
