Q: If you could give one piece of wellness advice to women looking to improve their health, what would it be? 

A: Listen to your unique body and needs. I know it sounds so cliche, but no one knows your health and how you feel better than you. You have different needs than the person you follow on Instagram. Start slow and small, you don’t have to make all the changes over night. You can start with one habit in your health you want to improve and let it compound. You don’t have to do it all or nothing or all at once. Little habits make a difference, even if it’s five minutes of movement or meditation. 

 

Q: A morning or nightly ritual you swear by?

A: My morning non-negotiables are tongue scraping when I wake up and having water, doing my gua sha for my face with some oil, and meditation, even if it's just five minutes. My nighttime ritual is also important as it sets me up for my day ahead. I love meditating before bed, doing red light therapy, and putting magnesium oil on my feet. 

 

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: Digestion has always been my priority since so much of our health starts with our gut and affects our immune system. I am also all about blood sugar stabilization and balancing hormones. 

 

Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: Detox Drops and I love putting them in my Matcha for a fun little minty flavor, thanks to Taylor for the pro-tip!

 

Q: What’s a wellness trend or practice you’ve tried recently that you love?

A: Mouthtaping and magnesium oil on feet before bed!

 

Q: What’s your go-to meal or snack when you need something healthy and quick?

A: Nuts, homemade protein balls, smoothies, veggies + hummus.
