Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?
A: Making a to-do list of everything I need to get done before I start my day. It helps me visualize all my responsibilities, both big or small, and helps me plan what my day is doing to look like. I find this helps me feel less stressed and overwhelmed. Writing out the things we need to do really does make it more manageable than what we come up with in our heads. But really I do love crossing things off my list, it’s the best feeling.
Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine?
A: My favorite Juna product that I’ve been using recently are the Detox Drops! I usually add them into water and drink it on my way to my morning workout class or work!
Q: What helps keep you grounded?
A: Putting my phone down, spending time with loved ones, moving my body/exercising, and meeting new people help keep me grounded. Overall, finding ways to balance both my metal and physical well being.
Q: Favorite way to connect with nature?
A: I love connecting with nature in so many ways, even in the most simplest ways like taking time to sit in the sun, taking a dip in the ocean, watching the sunrise or sunset, and walking/hiking.
Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist/App?
A: Lately i’ve been in a bit of a reading slump but some of my favorite reads from the last few months have been The House on Mango Street, Crying in H-Mart, and Mexican Gothic. I’m currently reading a poem book a friend got me called Dog Songs!
