Hi everyone! My name is Sara Montazami. I’ve been a content creator for nearly ten years, and for the past three, I’ve dedicated myself to a full-time career in real estate, while still embracing the influencer lifestyle on the side. I love both worlds, and eventually, I hope they’ll intertwine. I’m honored to be featured here with Juna, as wellness has always been a top priority for me. I’ve enjoyed exploring and incorporating Juna's various supplements into my daily routine.
Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?
A: Some daily habits include flossing with a waterpik, giving myself a mini face massage during my skincare routine, morning walks with my puppy, staying hydrated with Juna detox drops, and practicing gratitude by silently saying “Thank you” after time with family/friends, having the best beach walk or whatever it may be. I also remind myself of my grandma’s quote: “Don’t save today’s work for tomorrow.”
Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine?
A: My go-to product is the Chlorophyll Detox Drops. I add a few drops to a large water jug each morning which energizes me naturally before coffee. I've come to crave its refreshing lemony-mint flavor and it's become a seamless part of my routine.
Q: If you could give one piece of wellness advice to women looking to improve their health, what would it be?
A: Create a list of things that make you smile and make a point to check them off daily. Keep adding to this list and prioritize your happiness.
Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?
A: Sleep has been a challenge for me and there was a point in time I thought it was normal to be waking up at least once or twice each night. While magnesium and THC gummies helped, the Juna Nightcap gummies have made a noticeable difference. They help me achieve more consistent sleep without morning grogginess, which is key fo me since I'm an early bird and want to wake up with a clear mind.
Q: What’s a wellness trend or practice you’ve tried recently that you love?
A: Sound baths are incredible. I experienced one recently at a Juna event with soulful singing that moved me to tears. It was truly both a magical and healing experience.
Q: What’s your go-to meal or snack when you need something healthy and quick?
A: I love chopping up Persian cucumbers, parsley, feta, cherry tomatoes, mint, EVOO, and lemon. Letting the ingredients marinate makes for a delicious and refreshing snack or side.
Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist/App?
A: The Toast Podcast! — I’ve been listening to it for over five years and have never missed an episode. It is a sister duo which I of course gravitate towards since I am so close with mine.
Q: Any additional thoughts?
A: Couple reminders...Treat others kindly, be mindful in the decisions you make, spend as much time as you can with your loved ones and be fully present when you do.
