Hi, I’m Alexa Keith, the creator of Intune With Alexa. I’m a Health and Wellness Creator, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and Certified Pilates Instructor passionate about helping women live healthier, happier lives. Through my content, I share whole-food recipes, what I eat in a day, non-toxic and clean product recommendations, faith-centered encouragement, and holistic wellness tips. My mission is to empower women to feel their best: mind, body, and soul. I’m grateful to use my platform and training to make that vision a reality.

 

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: My morning sunlight walk within 30 minutes of waking (and before any screens) has been a game-changer for my energy, circadian rhythm, and mindset. Pairing this with using red-tinted glasses for blue light blocking after sundown has helped my sleep cycles immensely.

 

Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: I can’t choose just one! The Digestive Enzymes are incredible- I take them before dinner (my biggest meal of the day), and they’ve really helped support my gut and reduce bloating. I love the Detox Drops for my morning matchas!

 

Q: If you could give one piece of wellness advice to women looking to improve their health, what would it be? 

A: Start by tuning in and listening to your body- it really has all the answers! True wellness begins when you slow down, nourish yourself with whole foods, reduce toxic load, and prioritize rest. I always recommend to women that they track their cycle and try to cycle sync/seed cycle accordingly. I have found this makes a HUGE difference in women’s health!

 

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: Yes- I’m focusing on gut health and hormone balance. My wellness journey has included navigating mood swings, digestive issues, bloating, lack of sleep, and breakouts. Through learning to support my body naturally through whole foods, gut and hormone supporting activities, and low-tox living, I have noticed significant differences. I went from being plant based for 8 years to being animal based, which made a huge difference in my hormones, my menstrual cycle, and my bloating. I live by bone broth on an empty stomach, food before caffeine, and regulating sleep cycles for both gut health and hormone health. I aim to lower inflammation in my body wherever possible- through a multitude of things! I am truly passionate about healing from the inside out and looking to help all of my clients learn to do the same!

 

Q: What’s a wellness trend or practice you’ve tried recently that you love?

A: Bone broth on an empty stomach & 30G of protein within 30 minutes of waking up! I have noticed HUGE differences when I don’t do this vs when I do. Bone broth on an empty stomach paired with 30G of protein helps support your gut lining and your hormones throughout the day. Going from skipping breakfast and having caffeine on an empty stomach, to implementing having bone broth with a scoop of collagen within 30 minutes of waking up has made drastic differences in my mood stability throughout the day and has helped my clients as well. 

 

Q: What’s your go-to meal or snack when you need something healthy and quick?

A: Beef stick, parmesan, fruit, Nufs crackers, & some raw honey! ~ girl lunch ~
