Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: Sunlight and stillness. Every morning, I start my day with natural light—stepping outside barefoot, even if just for a few minutes, to anchor my circadian rhythm and nervous system. I pair it with breathwork or gentle movement, followed by a warm lemon-ginger tonic. It’s a simple ritual that creates a grounded, energized baseline for the rest of the day.

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: I’m always refining my own immune and gut health, especially after navigating high-performance athletics and a demanding corporate career. Over time, chronic stress had taken a toll, and it wasn’t until I dove deep into functional health that I understood how interconnected everything is—gut, brain, hormones, immunity.

My healing journey is what inspired Becoming Sunshine, and why I now help others rebalance their systems naturally—through light, nourishment, nervous system support, and root-cause healing.

Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine?

A: I love Juna’s Nightcap Sleep Gummies —they’re a staple in my evening routine. As someone who’s worked with many clients on sleep and adrenal health, I value products that truly support deep, restorative rest. I take a dropper before my wind-down routine (usually after magnesium and herbal tea), and it helps ease the transition into calm, uninterrupted sleep.

Q: If you could give one piece of wellness advice to women looking to improve their health, what would it be?

A: Learn to listen to your body before it has to scream. So many women are conditioned to push through fatigue, discomfort, and imbalance. My biggest advice is to slow down and tune in—because your body is constantly communicating. When you start paying attention, patterns emerge, and that’s where healing begins. In Becoming Sunshine, I talk about learning to live in alignment with nature’s rhythms—especially light and circadian flow—which can unlock energy, clarity, and resilience.
