Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: Since starting my own health journey many, many years ago, I have completely eliminated any and all digestive issues, re-balanced my hormones holistically and now enjoy a pain-free, regular menstrual cycle, eradicated acne and unearthed clear, healthy, glowing skin, reduced inflammation and excess weight in my body, and unlocked life force energy and vitality that I never even knew was possible. For the first time, I feel confident, comfortable, vibrant, and at home in my body—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. My biological age is 16.4 even though I'm actually 33! 

My life’s work is to help others do the same, and I'm so fortunate to be of service and to share my knowledge and gifts with the world.

I'm currently focusing most of my efforts on nervous system regulation, specifically increasing HRV (heart rate variability), as this has cascading effects on my body, my sleep, and my health.

 

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: I drink a homemade cold-pressed organic green juice every morning. A cold-pressed green juice isn’t just a drink—it’s pure life force energy, packed with bio-photons, live enzymes, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and antioxidants that your cells literally crave. 

 

Q: What helps keep you grounded?

A: Being in nature not only keeps me grounded, but also allows me to be truly connected to myself and to something greater than myself. Whether it's walking, hiking, going into the woods, or going to the beach, I need to spend ample quality time in solitude in nature on a weekly basis.

 

Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist? 

A: I absolutely love Substack, and my favorite Substack to read regularly is The Next by Justin Mares. I highly recommend his viral post — The Great American Poisoning, as it's very much in line with my way of thinking.
