A: Pilates and spin are my go-to workouts! Exercise is the best way for me to release stress and feel connected to both my body and mind. Taking walks with my dog helps clear my head, and I also find peace in spending time with loved ones and being in nature.

A: Walking in nature is my favorite way to connect. I love being surrounded by fresh air and greenery—it clears my mind and makes me feel grounded. Walking with my dog makes it even better!
