Q: What's your favorite Juna product and how do you incorporate it into your everyday routine? 

A: My favorite Juna product is Gut Therapy. I’ve been taking it on an empty stomach each morning before breakfast for my probiotic & mental clarity!

 

Q: Any health concerns that you are currently trying to support?

A: I’m currently trying to support my body hormonally since getting off birth control 5 months ago. Additionally, to support my gut & digestive health as someone who has struggled continuously with gut issues.

 

Q: A morning (or nightly) ritual you swear by?

A: Waking up for sunrise and moving my body is something that I swear everyone should do for their mental and physical health! Going to bed early and waking up early is what makes me feel my best day in and day out.

 

Q: What helps keep you grounded?

A: Journaling at the end of the day or in the morning before I go on any technology keeps me grounded and in tune with my body & mind.

 

Q: Favorite way to connect to nature?

A: My favorite way to connect with nature is by moving my body. I love going on long walks, surfing, hiking, going for runs in new locations to explore & skiing! I think exploring the world with each step is the greatest way you can connect with nature. Taking a moment and realizing what you’re seeing, what you’re smelling, the temperature, listening to what’s around you is truly how you enjoy each moment.

 

Q: Current Favorite Book/Podcast/Playlist? 

A: I’m currently in the middle of reading grown alchemist and i’ve been loving it! It’s very poetic and unlike any other book I’ve read!
